ABOUT CASE #23-CR-00118
(IN PROGRESS)
Case #23-cr-00118 is still in progress, so what does that mean? Well, it means you shouldn't REALLY talk about it, as to not interfere with the process (obstruction of justice), not cause complications for anyone involved in the case (attorneys), and ensure the trial moves forward in a fair and transparent way.
BUT, this is so exciting - we want to know, what is going to HAPPEN to Miles? What can we do?? Let's play a guessing game based on what we ALREADY know. No speculation, just solid facts and educated guesses. Let's find the truth! 🔍
WHAT WE KNOW

OTHER CASES IN COMPARISON
(You decide if they are relevant)
United States of America v. BANKMAN-FRIED (Case 1:22 CRIM 673)
Why we are looking at it: Similar charges, Bankman-Fried's FTX collapse is equal to about $32 billion USD vs alleged charges against Kwok (Guo) are $850 million USD, bail options offered for Bankman-Fried but not Kwok (Guo) - why?
United States of America v. Melvin Burroughs (Case 22-CR-96 (ALC))
Why we are looking at it: An indictment for conspiring to traffic firearms, trafficking firearms, and being a felon in possession of ammunition, processed in the same district, yet this individual was allowed bail but not Kwok (Guo) - why? Does Kwok (Guo) pose a higher "danger to the public" than someone like this? [Especially in light of the recent shooting in Nashville where the registration of guns to the shooter is in question.]
United States of America v PRAKAZREL MICHEL
Why we are looking at it: Coincidently, this case is picking up right around the same time as Guo's arrest. The accused tried to get Miles Guo repatriated on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and took alleged bribes from them via Jho Lo - why was Miles arrested now when this case is occurring?
United States of America v NICKIE MALI LUM DAVIS
Why we are looking at it: Look at the picture above and then read the first line from the document: "NICKIE LUM DAVIS agreed with Persons A and B to act as agents of Foreign National A in exchange for millions of dollars in undisclosed wire transfers originating from foreign accounts associated with Foreign National A." - Do you think it might have any connection to the United States of America v PRAKAZREL MICHEL case?
CONTACTING YOUR REPRESENTATIVES
(U.S. Residents)
Someone mentioned I should reach out to my Congresspeople or senate, should I do that? What should I say?
Good question. We are not lawyers, or politically aligned with either party in the US, but for US residents contacting your congressperson can be a great way to have your voice heard about concerns.
What we would recommend contacting your congressperson about is the due process of this case, and ensuring a FAIR and TRANSPARENT trail takes place. Seeing someone being taken advantage of and shown unfair treatment in the judicial system is a reflection of a much bigger problem.
When you contact your Congressperson, you can voice your concerns about the system. Use this case as an example of what you think is wrong. Compare it to other cases that are recent and how those results vary so differently from this one. You can also mention how other cases involving this individual have happened in the past
HOW TO CONTACT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES:
2024 JUL 31 TEMPLATE:
Dear [Congressperson’s Name],
I am writing to express my deep concerns about the influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) on our nation and its potential impact on US citizens. Recent events, including the case of Miles Guo (aka Ho Wan Kwok) in the Southern District of New York, have highlighted several troubling issues that I believe require immediate attention.
- National Security: The CCP’s growing influence poses significant threats to our national security, including economic espionage and intellectual property theft. I urge you to support stronger measures to counter these threats and protect American interests. What are you doing to help ensure this now?
- COVID-19 Origins: The importance of investigating the origins of COVID-19 cannot be overstated. With 1.1 million American lives lost, it’s crucial that we prioritize this investigation. I’m concerned that other matters, such as financial crimes, may be diverting attention from this critical issue. What is being done to help Americans understand this information and get answers?
- Fair Treatment and Due Process: The treatment of Mr. Guo, particularly the denial of bail and the timing of the FBI raid, raises questions about the fair application of our justice system. As your constituent, I’m worried about the implications this has for all Americans, especially those of Asian descent. This fair treatment and due process has also been an area of concern for even Former President Donald Trump. What ensures average citizens, such as myself, will be held to a just and fair standard?
- Asian Hate Crimes: The rise in Asian hate crimes is deeply troubling. We must ensure that our legal system protects all individuals, regardless of their citizenship status or ethnic background, and that it doesn’t inadvertently contribute to this problem. What is being implemented to ensure this demographic is receiving equal treatment?
- Transparency and Accountability: The circumstances surrounding Mr. Guo’s case have led many to question the transparency of our justice system. What measures are in place to ensure that the Department of Justice operates with full accountability?
I believe these issues warrant a thorough investigation and congressional oversight. As my representative, I urge you to take action on these matters. Please inform me about any steps you’re taking or planning to take to address these concerns.
Thank you for your attention to these critical issues affecting our nation’s security and the integrity of our justice system.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
2023 MAR 15 TEMPLATE:
Dear [Congressperson's Name],
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the fairness and transparency of our court proceedings, particularly in light of recent events surrounding the case of Miles Guo (aka Ho Wan Kwok) in the Southern District of New York. It is troubling to me that Mr. Guo was denied bail, and that the FBI chose to raid his home before supplying the House with documents about their knowledge on the origins of COVID-19. Is money more important than the deaths of 1.1 million Americans, or 6 million people worldwide?
As a constituent, I am also deeply concerned about the fair treatment of minorities who are not citizens, especially given the increase in Asian hate crimes. I believe that it is important to ensure that these individuals are being fairly represented in our courts and that fair and just processes are in place.
Furthermore, the details surrounding the fire that occurred at Mr. Guo's home immediately after the FBI raid raise concerns about the potential for the Department of Justice to interfere in the lives of innocent individuals. If the DOJ were to intercede into my life, are my loved ones safe? Am I at risk of losing my home in an "accident" without culpability?
These issues have caused me to question whether the justice system is working for me and for others in our community. If they can do this to someone like Miles Guo (aka Ho Wan Kwok), what keeps them from doing it any average person? As my representative in Congress, I am hopeful that you can provide me with information about what steps are being taken to address these concerns and ensure that our voices are being heard.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
