The accused tried to get Miles Guo repatriated on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and took alleged bribes from them via Jho Lo - why was Miles arrested now when this case is occurring?

Why we are looking at it: Look at the picture above and then read the first line from the document: "NICKIE LUM DAVIS agreed with Persons A and B to act as agents of Foreign National A in exchange for millions of dollars in undisclosed wire transfers originating from foreign accounts associated with Foreign National A." - Do you think it might have any connection to the United States of America v PRAKAZREL MICHEL case?

Someone mentioned I should reach out to my Congresspeople or senate, should I do that? What should I say?
Good question. We are not lawyers, or politically aligned with either party in the US, but for US residents contacting your congressperson can be a great way to have your voice heard about concerns.
What we would recommend contacting your congressperson about is the due process of this case, and ensuring a FAIR and TRANSPARENT trail takes place. Seeing someone being taken advantage of and shown unfair treatment in the judicial system is a reflection of a much bigger problem.
When you contact your Congressperson, you can voice your concerns about the system. Use this case as an example of what you think is wrong. Compare it to other cases that are recent and how those results vary so differently from this one. You can also mention how other cases involving this individual have happened in the past

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the fairness and transparency of our court proceedings, particularly in light of recent events surrounding the case of Miles Guo (aka Ho Wan Kwok) in the Southern District of New York. It is troubling to me that Mr. Guo was denied bail, and that the FBI chose to raid his home before supplying the House with documents about their knowledge on the origins of COVID-19. Is money more important than the deaths of 1.1 million Americans, or 6 million people worldwide?
As a constituent, I am also deeply concerned about the fair treatment of minorities who are not citizens, especially given the increase in Asian hate crimes. I believe that it is important to ensure that these individuals are being fairly represented in our courts and that fair and just processes are in place.
Furthermore, the details surrounding the fire that occurred at Mr. Guo's home immediately after the FBI raid raise concerns about the potential for the Department of Justice to interfere in the lives of innocent individuals. If the DOJ were to intercede into my life, are my loved ones safe? Am I at risk of losing my home in an "accident" without culpability?
These issues have caused me to question whether the justice system is working for me and for others in our community. If they can do this to someone like Miles Guo (aka Ho Wan Kwok), what keeps them from doing it any average person? As my representative in Congress, I am hopeful that you can provide me with information about what steps are being taken to address these concerns and ensure that our voices are being heard.
